Analytics
Vibe Costs runs Umami analytics software on its own Hetzner infrastructure. Analytics events are not sent to a separate analytics SaaS provider.
Customer-directed connections
A provider you deliberately connect—such as an AI, hosting, authentication, or payment service—receives the minimum request needed to return cost data under your existing relationship with that provider. Those providers are selected by you; they are not subprocessors Vibe Costs hires to operate the core service.
Changes
New production providers will be added here before they begin processing customer data where practicable. Material changes will also be reflected in the privacy policy. Infrastructure that is planned but not active is not listed as current.
