The service
Vibe Costs helps you record, retrieve, and analyze software and infrastructure costs. The Market Map and stack-building features may be used without a paid plan. Dashboard analysis and other features identified as Pro require an active subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Information you provide must be accurate enough for the service to function. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Connected providers
You may connect only accounts and credentials you are authorized to use. Use restricted or read-only credentials whenever Vibe Costs requests them. You authorize Vibe Costs to use those credentials solely to retrieve the information needed for the feature you enabled. Your use of each connected provider remains subject to that provider’s terms.
Subscriptions and renewal
Pro is offered at the price and billing interval shown immediately before Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless the service states otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe accounts or systems you do not own, submit malicious code, evade rate limits, resell access without permission, or use Vibe Costs in violation of law. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service.
Your data
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant Vibe Costs the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that information to provide the service. You can export your data. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Vibe Costs accurate and available, but provider APIs, catalog prices, exchange rates, and third-party systems can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Vibe Costs is a planning tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Confirm important amounts against original invoices and provider records.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Vibe Costs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Vibe Costs during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may give you additional rights.
Ending use
You may stop using Vibe Costs at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
